Chef Bradley DanielsThank You for considering Croissants Bistro & Bakery to cater your special event. Our professional staff will be happy to assist you with all of the arrangements for on or off premise catered functions.

Once you�ve had the opportunity to become familiar with our menus, please keep in mind that the listed items are only suggestions. Our Executive Chef, Bradley Daniels, can customize a menu based on your preferences.

Originally from Orlando, Fl, Bradley graduated Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando. While attending school he worked for celebrity chef Todd English at his eclectic seafood restaurant Bluezoo. He left Bluezoo to expand his culinary knowledge at the exquisite Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tennessee. Brad took Blackberry�s farm to table mindset with him when he became Executive Chef at Local 11 Ten in Savannah, Ga. While in Savannah, Brad developed relationships with the local farmers and purveyors in order to ensure the freshest vegetables and seafood. As Executive Chef at Croissants Bistro & Bakery, Chef Daniels continues that concept of using local and fresh ingredients, drawing from the many farms and fisherman that South Carolina has to offer.

A 50 percent deposit is due upon booking your event with us. The remaining balance along with the guarantee number is due one week in advance.

Delivery and rental charges may apply. We will be happy to provide service staff and bartenders for your event for an additional fee. We look forward to working with you in the planning of your special event.
