Bryan Bodle's Biography

Bryan Bodle, Executive Chef,
Came to Croissants in 2008 to spearhead the evening transformation of the perennially popular restaurant.
Bodle, known for his creativity, brings a wealth of experience to the Bistro version of Croissants' operations. Bodle's prior successful tenures include The Dunes Club, Blue Water Bistro, and most recently, Sea Blue.
Bodle's awards/recognitions include:
  • February 2001 "Renaissance Gala" food competition, second place overall.
  • January 2002 Medal Winner ACF "Mystery Basket" food competition.
  • Multiple award winner at the prestigious "Taste of the Tidelands" food competition 2004, 2005, 2006
  • January 2006 Restaurant "Stage" at the Fearrington House under Chef Graham Fox. Fearrington is a relais y chateaux property and North Carolina's only AAA Five Diamond and Mobile Five Star restaurant.
  • October 2006 "Tri Dinner" participant, mentoring young culinary students
  • January 2007 "Trio Dinner" participant, mentoring young culinary students
